I suffer from Trichotillomania. I pull my hair out, I bite my fingernails off, I pick my skin til it bleeds, and when it scabs over, I pick the scabs off. I pull, I tug, I keep my head shaven, I wear gloves to sleep, I hand cuff myself in high school and almost sliced my wrists when I slept doing so. I cannot help this, I, along with millions worldwide suffer from this. Do what you can to help.

RESPECT YOUR FATHER!!!
I have the exact same thing! I've been trying to stop my trich recently but it is SO HARD.
I wish I was able to shave my hair, but being a girl it makes it that much harder. I also bit my nails until theres barely any nail left. I used to pick my skin although now I usually wear long sleeves or jackets to stop this, but I will still scratch at my skin uncontrollably.
Sorry I just understand. It's so hard! Not many people understand, when I see someone else with trich I just feel at peace, because they know that I'm not a freak and know exactly what is happening to me.
